Bartman Farm...
...is a five acre farm dedicated to raising quality Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats. We are located in Sanford,
North Carolina just south of Raleigh. All of our goats are
AGS registered and are
either disbudded (dehorned) or naturally polled (hornless) with
blue eyes or
brown eyes.
Nigerian Dwarf Goats come in a variety of colors and they are very loving and enjoyable to own. Their small size makes them a very
good pet for ages 1 to 100, as well as a natural, healthy source of sweet milk. The milk can be used to make cheese or soap.
Nigerian Dwarf Goats can produce up to two quarts of milk a day.
There is one thing I feel I should warn you about. Nigerian Dwarf Goats can be very addictive! Just like potato chips,
you can’t have just one. Literally, you must have two or more for their mental and physical health. They do need goat friends.
With that in mind you have a few choices; You can have two females, two males, or you can get a wether (neutered) male which can
be kept with either sex. We're always happy to share our knowledge of goats with those just getting started. We don't know everything
and we're still learning, but we enjoy sharing what we do know. We are very grateful to those who were patient with us and all of
our many questions. Don't hesitate to contact us if we can be of assistance.
If your thinking of purchasing goats from us, please review
